Narypto is a tool for monitoring cryptocurrency prices via voice announcements. The data is provided for informational purposes only. Narypto does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from delayed, inaccurate, or missing price announcements.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use Narypto only for lawful purposes. You must not abuse, harass, or attempt to reverse-engineer the application or its API.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features: Multi-streaming capabilities and access to cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin and Ethereum require a paid subscription.
Billing: Payments are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not store your credit card details.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your device's subscription settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the respective store (Google Play or Apple) according to their policies.

4. Availability and Data Accuracy

We strive to provide real-time data, but we rely on third-party APIs (e.g., Binance, CoinGecko) for price information. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy. Prices heard in the app may differ slightly from exchange prices due to network latency.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narypto and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
